Hi. My name is Harry. I live in urban Brighton, United Kingdom and I’m a bit of a wildlife geek. On this blog I intend to post about what shows up in my small outside space. I might post interesting stuff and seen and photographed elsewhere too – we’ll see.
The aim is to help us all realise that you don’t have to go too far from the front room to interact with the natural world. I’m also going to use it to further my own education, and keep records of what I’ve learned. Where appropriate, i’ll provide content to help other people take advantage of some of the things I’ve found (like building a moth trap for £20, or a motion sensitive camera trigger on the cheap).
If you find anything on here interesting or useful, let me know.
I hope you enjoy reading – and more importantly, I hope you get out and discover some nature in your own outdoor space – however big or small, no matter where you live.
